By creating an account or using ProductBlaze (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to the Service.
• No uploading content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• No use of the Service to build a competing product.
• No abuse of the AI Coach (spam, automated farming, prompt-injection attacks).

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product data, diagnostics, experiments, and events you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. AI Output

AI-generated insights, recommendations, and roadmap suggestions are provided for guidance only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

6. Plans and Billing

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductBlaze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
