• Product data: the products, diagnostics, experiments, and roadmap items you create inside the app.
• Usage events: events you send via the ProductBlaze tracking script (e.g., signups, activations, purchases).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data above to operate the Service, generate AI recommendations, secure your account, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI Processing

The AI Coach and diagnostics features may send the prompts and product context you provide to third-party model providers strictly to generate a response. Inputs are not used to train public models.

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, AI inference), and when required by law.
